Terms of Service
Last updated: April 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of agriterra.io (the “Site”). The Scout web application (scout.agriterra.io) and AgriTerra Land Reports are governed by separate terms presented at the point of sign-up or purchase.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Description of the Site
The Site is the marketing presence for AgriTerra, a farmland analysis platform operated by Horizon Two Labs. The Site provides product information, pricing, and a contact form. The Site itself does not provide farmland analysis — that functionality lives in Scout and the Land Report product.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site for commercial purposes
- Use the Site to transmit malware or unlawful content
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or its servers
- Impersonate AgriTerra, Horizon Two Labs, or any other person or entity
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and code — is owned by AgriTerra or Horizon Two Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may share links to pages on the Site freely.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Information presented on the Site — including pricing, product descriptions, sample outputs, and references to data sources — is for general informational purposes only. AgriTerra does not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that information shown is current at all times.
Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, agricultural, real estate, or investment advice. Decisions involving land purchase, lease, development, or financing should be reviewed with qualified professionals.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriTerra, Horizon Two Labs, and their officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites including, without limitation, government data sources and the Scout web application. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
