AgriTerra was built to put parcel-level land intelligence in the hands of the people who own and work the ground. The data behind a good land decision usually already exists. It just sits across a dozen agencies, in formats built for specialists, that no owner has time to stitch together. We bring it into one clear, sourced read, so the person making the decision is the best-informed person in the room.

We are based in Columbus, Ohio, and bootstrapped. Our founder has spent the last year having the "three offers, three futures" conversation with farmers and landowners directly, and our CTO built the federal-data integrations that Scout runs on. The people building the product are the people who have sat at the kitchen table where these decisions get made.
