Boilerplate

Short

AgriTerra briefs landowners on their own ground: what the land is, what it earns farmed, rented, enrolled, or leased, what's changing around it, and what to know before signing anything, with a named source next to every number.

Long

A lease renewal, a solar offer, a reassessment notice: each is a conversation where someone across the table knows more than the owner does. AgriTerra exists to fix that imbalance. Its product, Land Scout, turns any parcel into a briefing on the owner's own ground: what the land is, fair rent for those acres against the county range, the property tax picture, which USDA programs the ground may qualify for, and what's moving nearby. The options sit side by side. AgriTerra informs, it does not decide. Every dollar figure traces to a named source. AgriTerra draws on six federal sources (USDA NASS, USDA NRCS SSURGO, NREL, FEMA, USGS, USFWS), with modeled data in all 50 states. Numbers come from the data, not from the model. A report is not an appraisal. Founded in Columbus, Ohio by Tim Fulton and Zak Dziczkowski. Member of the AgriNovus Indiana Velocity 2026 cohort.
